Attorney Melanie Beauchamp:
Ms. Beauchamp's practice emphasizes defending the rights of the accused impaired driver (DUI), personal injury, civil litigation, misdemeanor criminal offenses, traffic violations and felonies. Ms. Beauchamp and her staff are dedicated to responsive and efficient client service.  Ms. Beauchamp is an aggressive and experienced trial attorney who works vigorously to protect and assert the rights and privileges of her clients. Ms. Beauchamp uses cutting-edge technology to ensure the highest quality legal services and cost effectiveness for her clients.

Ms. Beauchamp has a law degree from the University of Virginia, a Masters in economics from George Mason University and a bachelor of Arts, Honors, in Economics from York University in Toronto, Canada. Ms. Beauchamp attends legal education seminars and meets weekly with other members of the criminal defense bar to discuss strategy, case law and trial techniques.

Melanie Beauchamp is your voice in court. Ms. Beauchamp has conducted over 200 trials both bench & jury. She has appeared in federal court, state court, justice courts and city courts throughout Arizona. She has also tried cases to arbitrators and private mediators with great success. Unlike most attorneys, Ms. Beauchamp loves to be in court and thrives on the active verbal and intellectual exchanges that occur when court is in session. Ms. Beauchamp has a strong sense of justice. It is second nature for her to be in court zealously representing and asserting the rights of her clients.

Ms. Beauchamp is constantly seeking to improve her trial techniques. She is a graduate of the Arizona College of Trial Advocacy and attends legal education seminars addressing the art of trial advocacy as often as possible. Following jury trials Ms. Beauchamp always speaks with jurors to learn what they liked best about her performance and what she can change and improve.

Ms. Beauchamp has gone to trial in hundreds (100's) of cases in State, City and Justice Courts.  She served as a law clerk for retired Supreme Court Justice James Moeller and Arizona Supreme Court Justice Ruth McGregor.
